We are REALLY excited about growing the studio in Feb.2010! After 7 successful years in the Case Goods Bldg we are expanding through into neighboring Studio 102 to double our footprint. To quote Stuart MacLean’s Vinyl Cafe, “We may not be big, but we’re small” still certainly applies, but the extra production space will allow me to build projects more efficiently, having exterior loading doors will be wonderful and tripling the size of our retail area will allow us to exhibit far more pieces and meet with clients to discuss projects in greater comfort .

I plan to have much new work to show and it will include pieces ranging in scale from beds to jewellery boxes. Yes, despite increasing our size to be able to better show full-sized pieces, the plan also includes a return to having smaller items available for purchase.

The current tenant in #102, RedEye Studio Gallery is just moving down the hall and I wish them every success in their new digs.

We will be closed to the public (but still available for appointments) for most of February and will be having a “soft re-opening” as soon as we are able (likely late Feb/early March).
